DREW HARVEY / WITHOUT
For Drew Harvey’s single Hate Me, I created a complete visual package, including the cover artwork, physical media (cassette & vinyl), and a T-shirt design. The goal was to craft a cohesive and immersive aesthetic that extended beyond the digital cover into collectible merchandise.
The art direction was built around a grungy, high-impact layout, reflecting the raw emotion of the song. The typography is super condensed and stretched, centered in the artwork for maximum visual tension. Drew Harvey’s name sits directly above the song title, reinforcing a bold, structured hierarchy. Parts of the lyrics appear at the bottom in a movie-credit style layout, with the label logo positioned above, adding a cinematic touch.
For the physical releases (vinyl & cassette), I extracted elements from the cover design, ensuring that all formats felt interconnected. The T-shirt design also followed this approach, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across all merchandise.
The final outcome was a visually striking and unified release, bringing the single’s energy to life across multiple formats.
